This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions to DigiVyapar Pro, operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}}.

New workspaces start with a 30-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can stop before it ends without any payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription (or by emailing support@digivyaparpro.com). Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a billing period unless required by law.

If you were charged in error, or within 7 days of a charge you believe is incorrect, contact support@digivyaparpro.com with your account details and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment gateway, typically within 5–10 business days.

Except as stated above or as required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.
